Brief Description :
Our staff will visit your venue beforehand for planning and preparation. On the event day, our service manager will set up the table, serve you the food & drinks, and introduce every dish to you professionally. The chef will cook the meals and present them nicely. The assistant staff will ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and help the chef & service manager when needed.
All you need to do is to sit back, enjoy the time with the guests. Our Home Chef Team will take care of the rest.
Manpower
Min. Manpower : 2 ( 1 Chef | 1 Service Manager )
It depends on the menu and the size of your event.
Usually, we require 3 staffs ( 1 Chef | 1 Service Manager | 1 Assistant ) to ensure the quality of service. Especially when the meal is served course by course and on individual plates for your guests. Talk to us to find out more!
Duration Of Home Chef Event
Event Duration : 3hrs – 4hrs
Preparation : 1hr – 3hrs before the event. It depends on the menu and type of event. We will confirm the details with you once your menu and service are finalized.
Packing Up : We will slowly pack up after serving the main course. So that once the event is over, we can quickly return your kitchen to sparkling clean within 30mins.
Example : Your dining event starts on 630pm. We will reach at 430pm to start preparing and set up the area. The event ends at 930pm, and we will take about 20mins – 30mins to pack up and leave your place by 10pm – 1030pm.
