Booking and Payment:

Upon receiving the full payment, your booking will be confirmed. We will then reserve the timeslot and chef team for your event. Payments for additional services or products not included in the original booking, such as additional guests or menu items, must be made earlier to confirm the service.

  • Securing Ingredients and Manpower: Your payment allows us to order high-quality ingredients and confirm the availability of our skilled chef team in advance. This is essential for us to deliver the level of excellence you expect from us.


  • Commitment and Reliability: By paying in full, you demonstrate a commitment to the event, which is matched by our commitment to you. This mutual dedication helps us to plan and execute your event flawlessly.


  • Fostering Trust: We believe in building a relationship of trust and reliability with our clients. By securing full payment, we can confidently allocate resources to your event, guaranteeing that everything is in place for a memorable dining experience.


We understand that this policy might be different from others, but it is crafted with the intention of providing you with the best possible service without compromises. For committed clients like you, we offer our unwavering dedication and expertise to make your event a success.


Cancellation or Reschedule Policy:

  • More than 21 days before the event: Option for credit reservation or a full refund minus a one-time $250 processing fee.
  • Within 14-21 days of the event: Option for credit reservation or a full refund minus a one-time $350 processing fee.
  • Within 9-14 days of the event: 50% of the total package price will be refunded.
  • Within 6-8 days of the event: 40% of the total package price will be refunded.
  • Within 4-5 days of the event: 20% of the total package price will be refunded.
  • Within 3 days of the event: No refund will be provided.


Cancellation Policy for Rentals:

  • Non-Refundable.
  • For Yacht bookings: Charter bookings are confirmed once the Charter Fee is fully paid.
  • Please note that once payment is made for rental items such as plates, glasses, tables, and chairs, no refunds will be provided in the event of cancellation. This category has a strict non-refundable policy.


Dietary Requirements and Menu

Inform Chef de Maison of dietary restrictions and preferences at least 72 hours before the event. The menu will be finalized during consultation, and changes after finalization may incur additional charges.
